Alexandra-Maria-Lara
Alexandra Maria Lara has been a Romanian/German television and film actress for more than a decade. Alexandra is well-known for her parts on Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. She was the sole daughter to Romanian actress Valentin Platareanu, Alexandra got into the showbiz world early and was playing lead roles in different TV dramas before she turned 16. She was praised for her portrayal on Der Tunnel. This paved for her to play other memorable roles, including Adolf Hitler's secretariat Traudl Junge. The Reader as well as Der Baader Meinhof Komplex were also Oscar-nominated. Alexandra is known for her involvement in many notable projects, both in the United States as well as internationally. This includes the British biographical Control Greek drama film The Dust of Time as well as the French historic miniseries Napoleon and many more. Also, she was on the jury of the Transylvania International Film Festival, as well as at the Cannes Film Festival.
